If you are pouring vegetable oils, bottling wine products, producing non-carbonated drinks, water and juices in plastic containers, then you really need this equipment!

The experience of using liquid nitrogen dispensers shows that the payback period of this equipment is 1.5 — 2 years. Then this equipment brings you additional profit at a small initial cost.

Dispensers are easily integrated into existing production lines. Easy setup and easy maintenance.

Nitrogen dispensers make it possible to successfully pack products both in cold and in hot bottling in PET containers. Dispensers are used in the production of:

juices;
juice drinks and concentrates;
oils;
wines;
still water.

In technologies for bottling drinks, liquid nitrogen is used to inertize the space above the product and increase the rigidity of PET containers. After injection into the container, the dose of liquid nitrogen is intensively evaporated, while passing from the liquid to the gaseous state, increasing its volume by 700 times. This process provides two main factors:

before closure, displace the remaining air and oxygen from the bottle, replacing them with gaseous nitrogen, which in turn extends the shelf life of the product;
after capping, liquid nitrogen expands during evaporation, creates excess pressure, significantly enhancing the stiffness and strength of PET containers. This is an important factor when storing and transporting, as well as preventing the “vacuum collapse” effect that occurs when a hot product is cooled in a sealed container.
The purchase of a nitrogen dispenser allows you to:

significantly reduce the cost of material preforms and molds for PET;
to fill in convenient, light and cheap PET containers with cold or hot contents without the cost of heat treatment;
recoup the costs of the dispenser for 1-2 years;
since nitrogen is the main component of air, it is safe and chemically inert, slightly soluble in the product and approved for use in the food industry. The creation of an inert environment in containers with food products and drinks (such as wine, liquors, fresh juices, etc.) significantly slow down the oxidation processes, while maintaining the taste and freshness of the product for a longer time.
All liquid nitrogen injection systems we offer provide ultra-precise dosing.
